appy First Day of Fall.
My favorite time of the year. This time last year I was in the wine country wine-tasting with my girlfriends and pink flamingos.
What do you have planned this year?
Celebrations this year around the holidays may be different and more intimate. Quality over quantity, and focus on the experience and the moments.
I work with women to help them eliminate their limiting beliefs that stop them from reaching their health goals.
I hear often:
-it’s the holiday 20 (lbs)
-I don’t have time to work out
-there’s too much to do
-my family is counting on me
-my day gets away from me
Yes....this can all happen and be a factor, but yes, you can make time for yourself, prioritize time for yourself, make a to-do list with meal prep and working out a part of that list. Yes your family counts on you but you count on you too to show up. Get your workouts in first thing in the morning so that your day doesn’t get away from you. You feel me?
Yes. You. Can. What are your commitment to yourself this holiday season??
Stay safe and cheers!
