Do you feel Stuck?

Do you feel stuck where you are?  Have you tried eating healthy, scheduling in exercise, but still feel that there is not enough time in the day?  As professional women, we have a lot on our plate.  We have work meetings, continuing education and improvement courses, networking events, and we have family and friends time.  At the very end of the list is “me time,” maybe because when we don’t do the other things on our to-do’s, there is less repercussions, seemingly.  But what if we change this equation and put ourselves first on our priority list.  How would your me-time look like?  Spending 30 mins to exercise, 20 minutes to make a meal for yourself, listening to an audiobook or music while you unwind, you name it….Self care and taking me-time is totally ok, and in fact, I am here to tell you, it’s non-negotiable.

The Fit Med Method

With my one-on-one coaching, we will begin by taking an assessment of the current challenges that you are facing to come up with solutions that will fit your lifestyle and help you reach your fitness goal.  One size does not fit all! I will work with you one-on-one to create nutrition and fitness plans, and check in with you on a weekly basis through a Zoom or Facetime call to address any barriers you are facing.  We will look at elements of your diet that can be improved by enriching the nutrition and improving your wellbeing. We will also look at opportunities to add fitness and workouts into your busy schedule.  

What you will see

As we go along this journey together, we will make changes and alterations, because your challenges may change, your goals become closer, or your schedule can change. This is a fluid process as life itself is constantly changing.  As your one-on-one coach, you will be able to contact me and schedule time to revisit our plan and progress so that you can transform from inside whole to a whole healthier you.
